Im uncertain whether this statement is about the 3DSs general form or its entire design, but I hope Nintendo addresses issues some have noticed with its construction, like the overload of sliders (3D slider, power slider, and volume slider bring back the volume rocker switch!).

Ive also heard the systems on display at E3 had some cheap-feeling plastic presumably, the company simply opted not to use the highest grade material for its prototypes. Im actually hoping Nintendo will decide to use the matte exterior featured on its DSi systems.
